hope your all well on this cold wet day
lets brighten it up with a new
Petal Lu challenge
as always its anything goes
i have up cycled a soup tin
i have a whole bunch of stuff laying around on my desk or on the sides and shelves
so im trying to get it all organised and looking pretty
( well ill try lol)
so i took my tin and covered it in cling film, took some kitchen towel and
using pva squelched and shaped it into a branch, leaving it to dry overnight.
once dry i removed it from the tin and the cling film.
next i covered the tin in pretty paper.
i painted the branch in brown and a little green acrylic paint.
once dry i added it to the tin with some cosmic shimmer glue,
fussy cut a few butterfly's to match the papers
then i added some of the beautiful Petal lu flowers
quite pleased with it :)
